The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service at Legacy Emanuel Hospital and Health Center
Legacy Emanuel Hospital and Health Center, through its relationship with Head and Neck Surgical Associates, has enjoyed international leadership in the fields of head and neck, cranio-maxillofacial, and oral surgery for nearly three decades. In recent years, changes in health care delivery, advances in technology, and developments in basic research have provided new challenges to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service. We have met theses challenges head-on by continuing to conduct cutting edge clinical research, as well as deliver outstanding opportunities in education and training, and, most importantly, highly specialized care for patients with head and neck trauma, cancer, and other congenital, developmental, and acquired craniofacial and oral abnormalities.
