THE HISTORY

Head and Neck Surgical Associates was founded over 25 years ago on a private practice model by Dr. Dierks and partner. Built upon a union of unique partnerships, HNSA started off with the support and expertise of a University based hospital (OHSU) and community based trauma center (Trauma Services, LLP). We began with the exclusive contract for all head and neck injuries, and provided coverage for all subspecialties of dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, otolaryngology, and plastic surgery. From the beginning, we’ve been dedicated to serving the community through both education and good medicine. Today, we continue our tradition of excellence with our group of compassionate, skilled doctors.

“We were very impressed with how thorough Dr. Cheng was at the consultation. He spent a substantial amount of time answering questions. The entire staff was awesome. On the day of surgery, the clinical staff did a wonderful job of making me feel less stressed about the procedure.” – Mother of Patient Claudia Boyd
